On
this Screen, you may send
emails to a group of buyers and importers using
different sending criteria such as Product,
Country,
or Company Name. You may type the message, or
copy the message from Words or other text editor
and then paste here. Besides, you may change
your SMTP server, sender's name, or email address
before sending. The emails being sent are recorded
in the Email Report and the failed one in the
Email Fail Report.
Sending Efax
Message
This
option allows you to send
Efax (or email-to-fax) to promote
your products. Efax is to send
your fax message via email to the recipient's
fax machine using an email-to-fax service provider's
relay server to save IDD cost. You may select
to send to a group of buyers and importers with/without
email address using different sending criteria
such as Product, Country,
or Company Name. The Efax sent
are lised in the Efax Report and the failed one
in the Efax Fail Report.
