Anti-Spam Policy has been written to document our practices
and policies regarding the
sending of our newsletter and special offer, and to provide
assistance to those who feel they
somehow received an email from us in error.

LeadXpress News is an email based newsletter that provide
timely tips, techniques, news and information about Global
Trade & Marketing, our special offer and new evelopment.
LeadXpress News is a FREE newsletter and is usually published
bi-monthly.
IMPORTANT:
1. The subscribers' email address will not be sold to any
third parties. They are only used to send
the free newsletter.
2. Ads within our newletter. Sometimes, ads of products
and/or services related to the global trade
and marketing may be included within our newsletter. We
will try our best to restrict the quantities
of the messages and select based on the liklihood the offering
is something that would be of benefit
to the subscribers.

LeadXpress's newsletter NEVER now, nor in the past, has
promoted or condoned spam.
LeadXpress
enforces our Anti-Spam Policy using several methods detailed
as follows:

LeadXpress oversees its Anti-Spam policy and ensures its
staffs to strictly adhere to the Anti-
Spam Policy and laws regarding the sending of email.

LeadXpress uses a Double-Opt-In subscription method for
verifying people who subscribe
directly to LeadXpress News via our website (http://www.leadXpress.com).
3.
Upon acquiring a newsletter or opt-in list, we verify with
the seller the source of the list and
the method used to acquire subscribers in the list are opt-in
or double opt-in. we also include transitionary content
to inform affected subscribers.
4.
All emails sent by LeadXpress include remove/unsubscribe
instructions and a link at the bottom
of each email sent by us. Additionally, each newsletter
issue contains our full contact information
at the end.

Abuse
To report any suspected spam or if you believe you have
received our free newsletter in error, please forward the
email you received to .
Your report will be registered and we will investigate.
Updating
Information
As a subscriber, if your email address change you can unsubscribe
using your obsolete address by following the unsubscribe
instructions at the bottom of all of our mailings and then
re-subscribe via our web site at http://www.leadxpress.com/newsletter.asp
with your new email address.
Remove/Unsubscribe
If you wish to unsubscribe from our free and informative
newsletter, please click the "OPT-OUT" link at
the bottom of any email you receive from us, or just visit
our website to opt-out your subscription. Due to the large
amount of emails processed by us, we cannot guarantee to
remove the email address in time but we will try our best
to do so.
