A: No refunds are allowed on CD-Rom version of our trade directories because purchaser can copy our database and software on his computer, or simply send promotion before returning it. We can accept replacement for defective disk. In case of replacement, you should report us about that within seven days of receipt of shipment and accordingly return the defective item to us at your cost. We will ship the replacement within seven days of our receipt of the returned item. The shipping charges of replaced item are at our account and return shipping charges are at the customer's expense. Original shipping charges are not reimbursable.
