of Sales
The
Purchaser (latter referred to as 'you') agreed to buy product(s)
from LeadXpress (latter refered as 'the Site' or 'We' )
according to the terms and conditions set as below:
Acceptance
of Licence Agreement
You confirm to read and agree to be bound by the End-User
Licence Agreement posted on this Site.
Rights
We only grant the Purchaser a non-exclusive and non-transferable
license to use our CD-Rom, its Databases, Software and Documentation
(all these latter referred as the 'CD-Rom' or 'Product'
) for the purpose of purchaser's own promotion and reference.
This Product is licensed as a single product and may not
be used by more than one user. The Purchaser may not re-distribute,
re-sell, reproduce, any part of this CD-Rom , or transfer
any contents in the CD-Rom in any other form to a third
party, without written permission from LeadXpress and its
publisher.
Payment
We accept payment by Bank Draft, Bank Wire Transfer, or
Credit Cards accepted by Paypal (Master/ Visa/ American
Express, etc.).
After our receipt of your order with payment, you will receive
an order confirmation by email or fax, if you filled in
the corresponding area in the order form. You will also
receive an invoice by registered mail reflecting the total
charges paid together with the product. The exchange rate
used for payment is the daily exchange rate given by the
Paypal or the bank rate you remit the money. Orders with
Bank Draft or Telegraphic Transfer payment option will be cancelled
automatically if the payment is not received within
10 working days from your order. No order will be processed
without payment received.
Security
If payment is made online thru PayPal, you are using the
global, secured payment gateway which have over 20 million
registered users including more than 3 million business
accounts. High security is the concern. Only the minimum
required shipping information is provided to us to complete
your order. No credit card information is provided to us
or any third parties.
VAT
and Custom Duties
The prices of all goods and services are exclusive of VAT.
You undertake to pay any duties, taxes, tariff or fee (if
any) applicable to such goods or services on import into
the country in which the goods are shipped, and to ensure
that such importation is not against any law applicable
in that country.
Billing
and Shipping
Orders will be processed and shipped by registered air postage
within five working days from receipt of a complete order
with payment . Shipping times mainly depend on destination.
It generally takes about 7 working days for European Union
countries and United States. We will notify you within two
business days if we cannot process your order.

Monday through Friday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to
5:30 pm (Hong Kong Time), except on bank holidays.
Loss in transit
We will re-ship the product if we make mistake in the delivery.
However, we will not be responsible for the loss in transit
due to the invalid information provided by the purchaser.
Refund
Policy
No refunds are allowed on CD-Rom version of our trade directories
because the purchaser can copy
our database and software on his computer, or simply send
the promotion before returning it. We can accept replacement
for defective disk. In case of replacement, you should report
us about that within seven days of receipt of shipment and
accordingly return the defective item to us at your cost.
We will ship the replacement within seven days of our receipt
of the returned item. The shipping charges of replaced item
are at our account and return shipping charges are at the
customer's expense. Original shipping charges are not reimbursable.
Please always mention your order number when returning an
item. All items must be returned by registered mail.
